Add table of contents using Adobe Acrobat Professional

Easily create bookmarks or Table of Contents menu from Table of Contents page from your edition with the following steps.

  1. If bookmarks panel is not visible, you can go to View > Navigation Panel and select Bookmarks to display bookmarks panel.
  2. You can also click on bookmarks button in left panel.
  3. Click on Pages panel, click on front cover (C1) and press Control + B on your keyboard to bookmark this page.
  4. Bookmarks panel will appear. You can type 'Front Cover' in textbox. You can also double click on bookmark to edit text.
  5. You can also click on New Bookmark button to add new bookmark.
  6. You can also select text from Table of Contents page and hit Control+B on keyboard to add new bookmark. Acrobat Pro will automatically add selected text for you.
  7. Right click on bookmark and click on Properties to set new page number.
  8. On Bookmarks Properties panel, click on Actions tab then click on Edit button and type new page number.
  9. Finished Table of Contents Menu or Bookmarks.
