BCRA was noti?ed by design-build general contrac- tor Alutiiq International Solutions LLC that their team was awarded a $13.9 million contract by USACE Seattle District for the 5-5 ADA Battalion Complex at Ft. Lewis, Wash. The design-build team of BRPH Architects-Engineers Inc. and Lifecycle Construction Services LLC was awarded a $10.3 million contract for a Warriors in Transition administra- tive complex at Fort Belvoir, Va. CH2M HILL was awarded a one-year, maximum $20 mil- lion contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic to provide engineering and design services related to material and waste environmental com- pliance at locations worldwide. Conti Federal Services Inc. was awarded an inde?nite delivery-inde?nite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Or- der Contract from the Department of the Air Force under the Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction 2009 (WERC09) contract. ECC announced a formal mentor protégé agreement with JSR Inc., a Hispanic-owned, woman-owned, small disadvan- taged business in the transitional phase of the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Program.
