The Military Engineer L No. 66383 U.S. as well as a point of contact for the NAVFAC of?ce in Guam. Many contractors have inquired about the process NAVFAC uses to fur- nish the buildings it renovates and con- structs. NAVFAC currently purchases furniture through Navy Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for furniture, ?xtures and equipment (FF&E). The list is used by all Navy contracting of- ?cers, clients and contractors for meet- ing FF&E requirements. This includes FF&E speci?ed in Military Construction contracts issued by NAVFAC. For sup- plier or subcontracting opportunities, small business concerns should con- tact these ?rms directly, or contact the NAVSUP Small Business point of con- tact at www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ businessopps. Those who market information tech- nology products and services are aware of the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) network; however, NAVFAC has some legacy IT systems hosted and maintained through the NAVFAC IT Center and are not covered by the NMCI contract for network operations and NMCI equipment installation and maintenance. The NAVFAC IT Center has awarded three contracts to support the majority of contractor-provided IT services for NAVFAC, including Enter- prise Application Hosting Support, En- terprise Business Systems Support and Enterprise Operations Support. The names and points of contact for sub- contracting opportunities are now in- cluded on the NAVFAC OSBP website. The NAVFAC OSBP website also con- tains lists of 8(a), small business and large businesses that are doing busi- ness with NAVFAC. There is also a list of Service Disabled Veteran Owned and Woman Owned small business con- cerns that have marketed themselves to NAVFAC. Lists of environmental con- tracts with points of contact at various NAVFAC commands across the United States are provided. A list of anti-ter- rorism and force protection contracts also is provided. Small business con- cerns are encouraged to contact the Small Business Liaison Of?cer (SBLO) points of contact for those contracts re- garding subcontracting opportunities. SBLOs are responsible for administer- ing the subcontracting plans for large businesses with NAVFAC contracts. Use these lists in addition to the Central Contractor Registration located at www. ccr.gov, and www.vetbiz.gov to facilitate your efforts to locate ?rms. These are good sites to perform market research and locate potential partners or future subcontractors. NAVFAC is committed to facilitat- ing contractor efforts in navigating the federal procurement process. The NAVFAC OSPB website is one tool large and small business concerns should be aware of in strategizing, identifying and responding to small business opportu- nities for contracts and teaming.
